Job Summary
The Front Desk & Student Support Officer will be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff, providing professional and efficient service while supporting administrative tasks and event coordination.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, students, and staff.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Provide administrative support and help coordinate campus events.
- Handle mail distribution, deliveries, and collections.
- Assist walk-in students with inquiries and guidance.
- Maintain appointment scheduling and support internal communication.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Qualification: Office Administration Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in interacting with students and stakeholders.
