Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office correspondence, documents, and reports.
- Organize meetings and workshops, maintaining records of proceedings.
- Draft and type official correspondence and documents.
- Facilitate the flow of information and documents within the office.
- Coordinate communication to and from the office.
- Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment from suppliers.
- Process requisition documents, reports, and submit invoices for payment.
- Oversee logistical arrangements for the office and perform reception duties.
- Maintain staff placements, work schedules, and consolidated leave records.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Senior Certificate/Grade 12.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Knowledge of various office management and administrative functions.
- Strong communication skills, basic numeracy, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.
- Must be computer literate.
