Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and secretarial support for OD and Job Evaluation processes.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain accurate records.
  • Update and maintain OD databases, registers, and statistical reports.
  • Handle routine enquiries and update the organisational structure as instructed.
  • Maintain the filing system for the unit.
  • Draft and type letters, memos, and other routine correspondence.
  • Manage the unit’s mail/registers.
  • Assist with procurement of goods and services for the unit.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the unit.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Senior Certificate/Grade 12.
  • Knowledge of Organisational Development services (advantageous).
  • Proficiency in a wide range of office administrative tasks.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Basic financial administration skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Good organisational, interpersonal, and planning abilities.
