Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and secretarial support for OD and Job Evaluation processes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain accurate records.
- Update and maintain OD databases, registers, and statistical reports.
- Handle routine enquiries and update the organisational structure as instructed.
- Maintain the filing system for the unit.
- Draft and type letters, memos, and other routine correspondence.
- Manage the unit’s mail/registers.
- Assist with procurement of goods and services for the unit.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the unit.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Senior Certificate/Grade 12.
- Knowledge of Organisational Development services (advantageous).
- Proficiency in a wide range of office administrative tasks.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Basic financial administration skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good organisational, interpersonal, and planning abilities.
