Job Responsibilities

  • Fraud Investigation & Risk Management: Lead complex investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to address fraud and control failures.
  • Cybersecurity Awareness & Data Analysis: Monitor cybersecurity incidents, analyze fraud patterns, and work with IT to improve digital security measures.
  • Process & Operational Excellence: Design and implement effective processes for reporting, query resolution, and system support to ensure efficient channel operations.
  • Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and law enforcement to enhance fraud prevention efforts and ensure compliance.
  • Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: Develop efficient processes for reporting, documentation, and query resolution, while recommending system enhancements to minimize fraud risks.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, cybersecurity, digital forensics, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in fraud investigation.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) are advantageous.
