Core Responsibilities
- Budgeting & Financial Planning: Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, align financial plans with strategic objectives, manage operational expenditure (opex), and ensure accurate reporting.
- Regulatory Reporting: Assist in the preparation and submission of financial reports to regulatory bodies and manage ad hoc reporting needs.
- Business Partnering & Management Reporting: Serve as a financial advisor to business units, generate monthly management reports, and provide insights for informed decision-making.
- Opex Analysis & Control: Analyze operational expenditure, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
