Job Summary
| Education: | Master’s degree in Demography, Statistics, Mathematics, Public Health, Environmental Health, or related field; or equivalent experience. |
| Experience: | 3-5 years in program monitoring and evaluation activities. |

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong Christian witness and model servant leadership.
- Engage and support team members in their Christian witness and leadership.
- Participate in biblically based staff devotions and worship activities.
- Lead the team in reviewing performance measures and managing evaluation programs.
- Develop performance monitoring and impact management systems for projects.
- Ensure accurate data collection and quality assurance processes.
- Analyze data and create reports and visuals for various audiences.
- Facilitate reflection and learning meetings.
- Collaborate with the communications team to promote Water Mission’s content.
- Represent Water Mission’s M&E activities in professional settings.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Alignment with Water Mission’s Statement of Faith and core values.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Expertise in data science, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBi, R, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in Tanzania without sponsorship.
