Operation Smile Ethiopia
Operation Smile is a global non-profit organization dedicated to providing free surgeries for individuals born with cleft conditions. The organization aims to enhance health and dignity through safe surgical procedures. Since 2005, Operation Smile has been active in Ethiopia, establishing programs at Jimma University Medical Centre, St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College, and Ayder Comprehensive Specialized Hospital. Currently, Operation Smile Ethiopia is expanding its services to Hawassa University Comprehensive Specialized Hospital in the Sidama Regional State.

Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team with accounting and finance tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial reports.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BA in Accounting and Finance from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Amharic.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Motivated to learn and work as an intern.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Must provide a functional laptop for work purposes.
