Job Responsibilities
- Promote Nikuze products and services through door-to-door sales.
- Engage with customers and sales prospects in the field.
- Perform marketing tasks to educate clients about the institution’s offerings.
- Answer inquiries regarding Nikuze Finance and its services.
- Provide information on sales opportunities within the community to the office.
- Maintain a customer database and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Relay customer feedback to the Head of Business Development.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business-Related Studies.
- Must be a recent graduate (2023 or 2024).
- Proficient in both oral and written English.
- Must reside in Dar es Salaam.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
General Attributes
- Fluency in English.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
