Eleving Group is an international fintech company operating in over 15 countries. We are launching Mogo Credit Tanzania to enhance access to finance and promote social mobility through various financial products.

JOB SUMMARY

Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience 4 to 5 years in HR roles within Tanzania.
Working Hours Full-time

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Support workforce planning for timely staffing and succession readiness.
  • Implement performance management processes, including setting KPIs and coordinating appraisals.
  • Coordinate training and development programs based on organizational needs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, handling grievances and conflict resolution in compliance with Tanzanian labor law.
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide coaching on HR policies and best practices.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Tanzanian employment legislation and company policies.
  • Draft and update HR policies in accordance with local laws and global standards.
  • Assist with payroll administration by coordinating with Finance.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report HR metrics to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Provide regular HR reports to management for informed decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in HR roles within Tanzania.
  • Knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems is advantageous.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
