Position 1: Junior Architect
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field with no prior experience.
- A professional license as a practicing Architect (PPAR) issued by the relevant authority in Ethiopia; a city/regional license is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and a commitment to excellence in planning.

Position 2: Site Engineer
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with 6 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a senior position.
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and planning skills.

Position 3: Senior Architect
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field with 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience, having completed at least 5 projects within budget and schedule.
- A professional license as a practicing Architect (PPAR) issued by the relevant authority in Ethiopia; a city/regional license is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and a commitment to excellence.
- Skills in planning, organizing, coordinating, and implementing projects.
- Negotiation and coaching skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of architectural designs, with basic knowledge of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs.
