Responsibilities
- Generate sales within assigned territories and focus areas.
- Onboard and activate new customers.
- Conduct market activations and provide customer service.
- Submit daily reports before the close of business, detailing sales, pipeline, and challenges.
- Participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to routes and journey plans as directed by the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or its equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferably male or female candidates under 30 years of age.
- Energetic and willing to work long hours in the field.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build working relationships.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Results-oriented with strong execution abilities.
- Strong selling skills.
