Job Responsibilities
Sales Person
- Generate leads and acquire new customers by identifying potential clients and presenting company products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Maintain customer records and submit regular sales reports.
Marketing Research and Sales Coordinator
- Conduct market analysis and research on product trends and customer preferences.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities.
- Provide sales support with market research data and forecasts.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Electrician
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop solutions.
- Document service reports for completed jobs.
Mechanic
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement repair solutions.
- Assist in the installation and testing of new equipment.
- Maintain records of maintenance work and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance machine efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
Sales Person
Level 4 in Marketing Management, Salesmanship, or a similar field, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in food or biscuit manufacturing.
Marketing Research and Sales Coordinator
BA Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a supervisory role in food or biscuit manufacturing.
Electrician
Level 4/3 in Industrial Electricity or a similar field, with 2/3 years of relevant work experience in a factory setting.
Mechanic
Level 4/3 in General Metal Fabrication and Assembly or a similar field, with 2/3 years of relevant work experience in factories.
