Job Responsibilities
- Accurately scan merchandise and process payments, ensuring safe handling of cash and managing ClubCard rewards.
- Promote and enroll new members to meet ClubCard participation targets.
- Inform customers about promotions to enhance sales and improve their shopping experience.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service as a brand ambassador.
- Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards in line with company guidelines.
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to offer accurate information to customers.
- Support the Group’s vision of being the preferred health and beauty retailer.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric).
- Desirable: Minimum 50% in both Maths and English at Grade 12 level.
- Experience: Customer-facing retail/FMCG experience is advantageous.
