Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the entire contracting process for contracts during the Execution Phase, ensuring compliance with EACOP and Project procedures.
• Prepare tendering dossiers, launch CFTs, manage clarification and negotiation phases, evaluate proposals, and issue final recommendations for awards.
• Prepare and coordinate the final contractual, commercial, and technical documentation for contracts.
• Manage the commitment process associated with contracts.
• Administer awarded contracts and collaborate with technical specialists for effective contractor management.
• Oversee contractual and commercial changes according to established procedures and coordinate requests for technical changes.
• Participate in the development and revision of the Project Budget based on actual expenditures and potential changes.
• Manage all contractual and commercial activities related to assigned contracts until close-out, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and agreements.
• Report to the Contract and Procurement Manager, assisting in communication with Project Management and highlighting progress and concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of all contractual and commercial documentation.
• Understand and apply EACOP Company Rules and Specifications related to Contract and Procurement.
• Exhibit exemplary behavior regarding H3SE rules and project ethics.
• Participate in meetings with partners, authorities, and stakeholders as required.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree qualification with relevant industry experience in service contracts and purchase orders for materials and consumables.
• At least 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly in large-scale projects.
• Broad experience in contracts and project management, with comprehensive knowledge of the contracting and procurement process.
• Able to work effectively in a multi-cultural business environment.
