Responsibilities

  • Comply with procurement processes and governance rules of the company.
  • Establish and promote continuous improvement of contracts practices and procedures.
  • Oversee the supply chain flow of drilling wells and logistics goods from purchase to payment.
  • Launch Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) at the company e-sourcing portal.
  • Ensure timely issuance of Call-Off Orders (COO) and Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Manage compliance with applicable laws and regulations in procurement activities.
  • Contribute to H3SE matters to ensure safety and sustainability in procurement activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Membership in professional bodies related to procurement and supply chain is an advantage.
  • Advanced certification in C&P tools.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain or procurement functions.
  • Hands-on experience with procurement systems and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
