Education Diploma in Accountancy or Financial Management
Experience 1 to 3 years in accounting
Working Hours Full-time

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare a complete set of Financial Statements.
  • Manage petty cash vouchers and record them in PASTEL for accurate reconciliation.
  • Create invoices and quotations for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to quotations or invoices by collaborating with relevant departments or clients.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports by providing necessary data and insights.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between company records and bank statements.
  • Utilize accounting software, such as Pastel, to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

Qualification

  • Diploma in Accountancy or Financial Management.
  • Part or complete ACCA Level or equivalent is an advantage.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting.
  • Experience with Pastel, QuickBooks, or similar software.

Skills

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Flexibility in work approach.
