Responsibilities
• Follow up on obsolete items to be disposed of after the inventory count.
• Prepare memos for the disposal list of assets after the final report for verification.
• Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for received supplies/inventory.
• Manage the distribution of bulk items procured for the program.
• Receive, issue, and track Jhpiego assets to ensure they are updated in the system.
• Coordinate with the Program team to send out procured supplies.
• Raise requisitions for office supplies, such as stationery and kitchen materials, as needed.
• Regularly update the stores ledger and raise Goods Supply Requests (GSR) for timely replenishment of supplies.
• Record new assets in the system immediately upon receipt.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Recent graduate with a Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Business Administration or Stores Management.
• Willingness to intern, learn, and gain workplace experience.
• Availability to start immediately and commit for at least three months.
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Passion for working with diverse individuals at various levels and cultures.
• Resident of Dar es Salaam.
