Your Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests from arrival to departure, ensuring all needs and inquiries are handled professionally.
- Oversee daily front office operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and cash handling.
- Support and train the front office team to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest concerns or operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Use the Property Management System (PMS) and Micros Cloud POS confidently.
- Work with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in a senior front office or supervisory role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Micros Cloud POS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Passion for providing top-level hospitality service.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Based in Nairobi or willing to relocate and legally able to work in Kenya.
