Job Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns while delivering excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide accurate and current information regarding the organization, its services, products, or events, staying informed about relevant updates and changes.
- Assist the sales team throughout the sales process, including preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations, while coordinating with internal departments for timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and analyze data to assess sales performance, offering insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Manage various customer inquiries and perform administrative tasks related to the sales process.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
