Job Title	System Administrator
Education	MSc/BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
Experience	2-4 years in System Administration, SAN administration, and Virtual systems administration
Location	Addis Ababa
Deadline	August 31, 2025

Ensure the proper functioning, security, and availability of ECX Trading Servers and related hardware.
Oversee the backup of critical systems, including application servers and email.
Install, rebuild, and repair servers as needed.
Monitor and analyze system and application event logs.
Maintain the functionality and security of the corporate messaging system.
Optimize core business applications running on servers.
Administer Microsoft and VMware Hypervisors and maintain documentation.
Ensure backups of databases, files, and folders are conducted regularly.
Maintain the ECX Server and Storage infrastructure at all times.
Coordinate information system administration and ensure security for externally accessed resources.
Authenticate and authorize employee access to server resources.
Participate in system and SAN infrastructure projects.
Secure the storage area network through zoning and masking.
Collaborate with IT teams for optimal solutions during installations and troubleshooting.
Implement security and audit options as required.
Configure storage devices and services according to established standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

MSc/BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
2-4 years of relevant experience in System Administration and SAN administration.
