Job Responsibility
- Manage the safekeeping of securities, ensuring their removal is controlled through a dual system.
- Maintain accurate records of all securities in the bank’s database, including details such as tenure and property descriptions.
- Conduct periodic inspections of securities to verify correct placement and legibility.
- Confirm securities with relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate the withdrawal of securities upon request from credit, business units, or branches.
- Track movements in the security register.
- Minimize risks and losses associated with security custodianship.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
