Qualifications and Requirements
- Real Estate Marketing and Sales skills with a minimum of 6 months experience for junior and 1.5 years for senior sales.
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Knowledge of real property and real estate market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
