Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate data inputs.
  • Analyze performance trends related to processes, including third-party logistics providers.
  • Generate insights from performance trends focusing on key performance drivers.
  • Create visibility for stakeholders through timely KPI reporting.
  • Benchmark performance against industry peers.
  • Report on all aspects of transportation performance in the market.
  • Utilize logistics systems and third-party partners, ensuring data integrity, particularly in SAP.
  • Comply with logistics reporting processes for both internal and external audits.
  • Ensure accuracy of all logistics costs through transporters.
  • Gather data for publishing transportation loss reports.
  • Report on transport sustainability in the market.
  • Maintain and issue the transportation segment of the Logistics KPI dashboard.
  • Ensure accuracy of all transport logistics data.
  • Collect and collate performance reports with third-party logistics providers.
  • Support risk reporting and contingency planning.
  • Timely escalate any gaps or inaccuracies in data capture or reporting.
  • Collaborate with Supply Finance and 3PL Finance/reporting teams.
  • Assist local logistics and production teams as needed.
  • Update visual performance management in transportation areas of logistics.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Relevant experience in data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics systems, particularly SAP.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting.
