Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Upsell and cross-sell products across various campaigns.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Make outbound sales calls to potential and current clients.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
• Stay informed on market trends and product knowledge.
• Develop and apply creative sales strategies.
• Follow up on leads and customer queries promptly.
• Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products or services.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards under pressure.
• Work overtime or Saturdays if required by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12).
• 1–2 years of outbound sales experience in a call centre environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent typing accuracy and data capturing skills.
• Computer literate with analytical ability.
• Persuasive, competitive, and target-driven personality.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
