Job Responsibility
- Perform general office administration and typing tasks.
- Compile and maintain reports, requiring proficiency in Excel.
- Support the Finance and Procurement departments.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate office activities.
- Run errands using a company vehicle.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Matric (post-school qualification is advantageous).
- A minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- Valid Driver’s Licence (mandatory).
- At least 1 year of administrative experience (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with confidence, assertiveness, and dedication.
- Personable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
