Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing targeted communication strategies and briefs for internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with company values and code of conduct.
- Monitor public and community issues that may affect the business environment and provide recommendations for communication and engagement strategies.
- Help develop strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate reputational risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain stakeholder trust.
- Negotiate with vendors and external parties on costs and logistics for successful event execution.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, stakeholder engagements, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, managing inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Perform routine administrative tasks, including documenting minutes, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and disseminating correspondence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies, Communication, Writing, or a related field with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
