Job Responsibilities

  • Manage branch operations as a profit center, focusing on sales growth and customer relationship management.
  • Oversee corporate client services to maximize benefits for the bank.
  • Minimize risk levels to enhance branch revenues and profitability.
  • Provide leadership by identifying and developing talent within the branch.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies and maintain portfolio quality.
  • Implement recovery and collection measures for underperforming loans.
  • Manage branch financial performance and internal controls.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders and represent the branch in the community.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent and a professional banking certificate.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in leadership, branch operations, and retail banking.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in performance management and change management.
  • Excellent communication, planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage and develop staff effectively.
