Job Responsibilities
- Manage branch operations as a profit center, focusing on sales growth and customer relationship management.
- Oversee corporate client services to maximize benefits for the bank.
- Minimize risk levels to enhance branch revenues and profitability.
- Provide leadership by identifying and developing talent within the branch.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and maintain portfolio quality.
- Implement recovery and collection measures for underperforming loans.
- Manage branch financial performance and internal controls.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders and represent the branch in the community.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent and a professional banking certificate.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in leadership, branch operations, and retail banking.
- Strong understanding of banking products and customer relationship management.
- Experience in performance management and change management.
- Excellent communication, planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage and develop staff effectively.
