Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to identify business needs.
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes.
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and functional/technical documentation.
- Create business cases, test plans, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate project governance, manage risks, and ensure smooth delivery of ICT projects.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and technical/development teams.
- Provide support for application issues and assist in system troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or B-Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Process Engineering.
- Business Analysis or Project Management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Analysis, business process management, or process reengineering.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, system design, and process mapping.
