Brites Management Services Limited is providing job opportunity and interested to hire a Quality Control Officer to administer the quality assurance process from avocado harvest intake to final packing and dispatch. This position requires strict compliance with internal quality standards, external regulations, and export requirements.

Applicant Responsibilities
- Oversee daily quality control activities from harvest intake to final packing and dispatch of avocados.
- Ensure all processes comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Inspect incoming avocados, packaging materials, processing lines, and finished products.
- Monitor fruit quality parameters including size, ripeness, defects, and contamination.
- Implement and maintain HACCP, ISO 22000, and Global GAP standards.
- Perform internal quality audits and prepare for external audits.
- Maintain accurate quality control documentation and submit regular reports to management.
- Work with teams to improve production processes and resolve product complaints.
- Train and supervise junior quality inspectors and sorters.
- Ensure compliance with client and export market specifications.
Applicant Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality control, preferably in avocado processing or export.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, HACCP, and food safety management systems.
- Experience with quality documentation, traceability systems, and lab testing.
- Familiarity with international quality standards and export requirements.
