Position 1: Accountant

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as an Accountant.
Working Hours: Full-time.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily bookkeeping and maintain financial records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve reporting.
  • Work closely with auditors and provide necessary documentation.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Telemarketing Manager

Education: BA in Marketing/Management or related.
Experience: 2-4 years in sales/telemarketing with leadership experience.
Working Hours: Full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the telemarketing team.
  • Drive appointment bookings and conversion rates.
  • Monitor performance and enforce KPIs.
  • Improve scripts, CRM usage, and call discipline.
  • Collaborate with surveying, sales, and marketing teams.
