Position 1: Accountant
| Education: | Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. |
| Experience: | Proven experience as an Accountant. |

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and maintain financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve reporting.
- Work closely with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Telemarketing Manager
| Education: | BA in Marketing/Management or related. |
| Experience: | 2-4 years in sales/telemarketing with leadership experience. |
| Working Hours: | Full-time. |
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the telemarketing team.
- Drive appointment bookings and conversion rates.
- Monitor performance and enforce KPIs.
- Improve scripts, CRM usage, and call discipline.
- Collaborate with surveying, sales, and marketing teams.
