Job Summary

Position Data Encoder
Education Diploma or BA in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field
Experience 3+ years for Diploma holders; 2+ years for Degree holders in Data Encoding
Working Hours Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately encode data into the company database, ensuring timely and correct information entry.
  • Verify data against source documents to check for discrepancies or errors before entry.
  • Organize and maintain files and databases, ensuring records are current and accessible.
  • Perform regular data entry tasks, including updates, new records, and deletions of obsolete data.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Identify and report data-related issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Adhere to data entry and security policies to maintain confidentiality and integrity of information.
  • Assist in creating standardized procedures and guidelines for data entry processes.
  • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to data inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or BA in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience for Diploma holders; 2+ years for Degree holders in Data Encoding.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Experience in a construction company is preferable.
