Duties/Responsibilities
- Monitor the proper functioning of production equipment and coordinate subordinate workers.
- Ensure sufficient quantities and quality of ingredients (raw materials and packaging materials) for production.
- Report mechanical and electrical issues to the shift mechanic, electrician, and production shift leader for immediate resolution.
- Monitor and control product quality levels during production processes.
- Ensure processing parameters are functioning correctly and inform the shift mechanic, electrician, and production shift leader of any issues.
- Prevent damage to production equipment during operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of production equipment and ensure cleaning materials are available.
- Supervise workers to ensure safety precautions are followed during work processes.
- Report on production process monitoring to the immediate supervisor.
- Document and verbally explain any problems encountered during production.
- Ensure production processes are not interrupted due to storage or related issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact at all levels, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a high level of initiative.
