Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, documents, and reports.
  • Organize meetings and workshops, maintaining records of proceedings.
  • Draft and type official correspondence and documents.
  • Facilitate the flow of information and documents within the office.
  • Coordinate communication to and from the office.
  • Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment from suppliers.
  • Process requisition documents, reports, and submit invoices for payment.
  • Oversee logistical arrangements for the office and perform reception duties.
  • Maintain staff placements, work schedules, and consolidated leave records.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Senior Certificate/Grade 12.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Knowledge of various office management and administrative functions.
  • Strong communication skills, basic numeracy, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Must be computer literate.
