Job Responsibilities

The Assistant Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate records, and assisting in the preparation of board meetings and documentation. The Principal Internal Auditor will conduct audits, assess risk management processes, and ensure adherence to financial regulations and policies.

Qualifications and Requirements
