Basic Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including directing clients, handling inquiries, and answering phone calls with proper etiquette.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
  • Provide administrative support, schedule appointments, and manage meeting rooms.
  • Assist with internal communication and departmental coordination.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all organisational matters.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Full Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to speak Tonga will be an added advantage.
