Job Responsibility
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall brand profitability.
- Identify new leads and marketing channels while promoting the business effectively.
- Develop and execute strategies for scent marketing.
- Provide personalized fragrance consultations for events and businesses.
- Showcase expert knowledge of the brand’s fragrances and their inspirations.
- Represent the brand at exclusive events, meetings, and product launches.
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular visits and understanding their needs.
- Conduct market research by sourcing and sharing information about competitor products.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and managing brand ambassadors to achieve sales and marketing goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Genuine passion for fragrances and a commitment to staying updated on industry innovations.
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a sales and marketing officer or in a similar role.
