Job Summary Details
Education Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Finance, Accounts, Banking and Finance, or equivalent.
Experience Relevant experience in business development or finance.
Working Hours Full-time position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Validate collateral documents including bonds, securities, stocks, and guarantees.
  • Implement policies and strategies for financing development projects.
  • Provide technical support to clients financed by the Bank.
  • Conduct monitoring and evaluation of ongoing and completed projects.
  • Identify business opportunities within the assigned zone.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of credit policies and procedures.
  • Review and approve loan and credit applications.
  • Participate in developing work plans for the zone.
  • Maintain beneficial business relationships with clients.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Business Administration, or Finance.

Technical Competencies:

  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable plans.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial information.
  • Capability to evaluate credit application proposals.
  • Knowledge of industry products and business opportunities.
  • Sales skills.
