Job Responsibility

  • Analyze portfolio performance by identifying high-risk customers and classifying their default probability through data insights and outreach.
  • Identify portfolio reflags and report them promptly.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of risk indicators and portfolio performance metrics.
  • Monitor trends and product performance to implement corrective measures for negative trends.
  • Conduct internal audits to identify process gaps and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Provide actionable risk mitigation recommendations based on audit findings.
  • Engage in proactive collection strategies to enhance client onboarding quality.
  • Implement field-based collection strategies through field teams.
  • Review existing policies and recommend adjustments based on market trends.
  • Optimize portfolio segmentation by assigning accounts to specific users.
  • Manage pilot programs in the field to meet success metrics.
  • Investigate reported fraud cases in a timely manner.
  • Prepare comprehensive field reports and ensure timely reporting of metrics.
  • Conduct industry research and propose strategies for market position improvement.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the credit lead or risk leadership team.

Qualifications and Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Risk Management, or a related business field, with over 5 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Relevant certifications in Credit Management or Business Analytics/Statistics/Data/Computer Science are advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of data collection and field surveys.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-driven and adaptable to change, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and leadership skills to motivate a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and work collaboratively.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to self-manage.
  • Willingness to spend 70% of the time in the field.
  • High integrity and commitment to data protection.
