Job Responsibility
- Locate debtors using last known address data.
- Follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure compliance.
- Drive collections and recovery campaigns in the field.
- Implement field collections strategies for efficient debt recovery and repossession.
- Repossess assets from non-paying customers as a last resort.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance field collection structures.
- Resolve debtor inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Identify customer pain points affecting collections and propose solutions.
- Escalate complex cases to the PAYG LPG Credit Manager.
- Investigate missing assets and document incidents.
- Prepare reports on recovery efforts and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in credit management, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in debt collections or asset recovery.
- Demonstrated success in improving field-based debt collections.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Experience in emerging markets, particularly in rural or peri-urban areas.
