Job Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and effective cash flow management.
- Maintain precise financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial reports for management and external auditors.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and collect outstanding amounts from clients.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Ensure compliance of financial operations and records with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.
- Process payments and manage cash handling, including petty cash.
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners for smooth financial operations and reporting.
- Accurately record all financial transactions, maintain ledgers, and update financial data.
- Calculate, compile, and prepare payroll, ensuring all expenditures are justified.
- Ensure timely payment of taxes and manage correspondence related to taxes with relevant government bodies.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial documents in both hard and electronic copies, ensuring their security.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
