Job Responsibility:
– Senior HR Management Officer: Oversee HR functions, learning and development initiatives, and implement HR strategies
– Manager IT Audit: Conduct IT audits, ensure compliance with banking regulations, and lead audit teams
– Branch Manager: Manage daily branch operations, ensure customer satisfaction, achieve business targets, and supervise staff
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Senior HR Management Officer:
* B.A Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or other Business-related field
* Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience depending on position level
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and Islamic banking principles
– Manager IT Audit:
* B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 7 years of banking experience with 2 years in senior/team leader position
* Expertise in IT audit and compliance
– Branch Manager:
* MA/BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
* 5 years of banking experience with 3 years as CSM/Operation Manager/Assistant Manager
* Strong leadership and customer service skills
