Job Responsibility
- Identify and resolve issues promptly on site.
- Adapt to new environments and cultures effectively.
- Manage site construction, testing, inspection, and project completion.
- Collaborate with local and foreign site workers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in engineering fields such as electrical, civil, or architectural engineering.
- Field experience in transmission, substation, or infrastructure projects.
- Practical experience in construction or maintenance sites.
- Experience in drawing interpretation, construction management, and quality and safety management.
- Competency in site inspection and document management.
- Experience in overseas or large-scale projects, preferably in Africa.
- Collaboration experience with multinational workers and partner companies.
- Basic English communication skills for site-related work, reporting, and technical documentation.
