Job Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Capture, reconcile, and verify shifts, overtime, and biometric data.
- Ensure compliance with BCEA, SARS, and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date employee payroll files and documentation.
- Prepare reconciliations and payroll reports for management and audits.
- Address employee queries, discrepancies, and payroll challenges.
- Assist HR with payroll-related administration and compliance reviews.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience with Jarrison Payroll / Time & Attendance (mandatory).
- Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification (Payroll/HR/Related).
- 3–5 years of payroll administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of BCEA, SARS requirements, and statutory submissions.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English, with a strong command of Afrikaans and an additional South African language.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
