Responsibilities

  • Manage staff attendance, leave, and uniforms
  • Ensure compliance with dress code and uniform policy
  • Handle business permits, licenses, and regulatory renewals
  • Assist with NTSA inspections and regulatory body interactions
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facility services
  • Maintain physical and digital company records
  • Coordinate communication, meetings, and staff onboarding
  • Support employee documentation and compliance tracking
  • Help organize travel, events, and training programs
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe office environment

 Skills Needed

  • Strong organization and time management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and regulations
