Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire new business customers, particularly from the Chinese community, and drive deposit growth.
- Minimize dormancy rates of accounts.
- Guide branches in managing top business depositors.
- Develop sales strategies for business liability products.
- Support Business Bankers and Relationship Officers in building the liability portfolio.
- Identify and develop business opportunities from existing and potential customers.
- Promote cross-selling of bank products and services such as Trade Finance and Forex.
- Provide senior management with reports on business progress.
- Manage departmental events and sponsorships to ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Follow up on client requests and maintain high service quality.
- Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in marketing/sales/product development of business liability products.
- Experience dealing with Chinese-speaking clients or exposure to the Chinese market is advantageous.
