Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection across various business units.
- Lead employee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and statutory contributions.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
- Administer performance appraisal systems to enhance accountability.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for team growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management review.
- Advise management on workforce planning and HR trends.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (diploma holders with strong experience may be considered).
- 3–5 years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality, FMCG, or production sectors.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with payroll systems and HR software (Odoo experience is a plus).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
