Job Responsibility
- Facilitate consultations between the project and Project-Affected Households (PAHs).
- Support Zonal Training and Coordination Leads in community meetings and project events.
- Maintain community awareness of poultry project activities.
- Train PAHs in entrepreneurship and marketing.
- Identify buyers of poultry products and connect them with PAHs.
- Engage vulnerable PAHs to ensure they receive project support.
- Collect data on project-related issues and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Support program delivery through training and extension visits.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Fluency in English and Kiswahili; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Minimum diploma in Social Sciences/Law or related fields.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and community development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in rural areas.
