Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain optimal system availability for Banking Applications such as T24, ESB, and Clearing Systems.
• Provide efficient and quality service to end-users.
• Resolve and track all calls logged in SmartFix assigned to KCBT, ensuring timely follow-up on resolutions.
• Conduct training sessions on various Banking applications to enhance user proficiency.
• Respond to user queries and troubleshoot issues, reporting incidents as per Bank policy.
• Proactively monitor Banking applications, providing performance statistics and reports to management.
• Guide users on new applications and provide basic troubleshooting training to IT Champions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for Banking applications, including configurations and troubleshooting guides.
• Adhere to KCB Bank IT standards and procedures in all duties.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
• Professional qualifications such as ITILv3 or v4, Database Administration (OCA, MSSQL), MCSA, MCSE, Software Engineering, and Linux are advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Banking Applications and relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL).
• Programming skills are required.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and personal effectiveness.
• High level of integrity and relationship-building skills.
