Job Responsibility
- Conduct surprise checks at branches on cash management, cards, pin mailers, cheque books, and compliance on accounts opened.
- Visit branches to monitor operational compliance and coach staff on compliance issues.
- Ensure adherence to all bank policies and procedures in daily operations.
- Verify that branch ATMs are properly reconciled.
- Resolve items related to ATM reconciliation.
- Review overdrawn and internal accounts.
- Follow up on the resolution of operational issues affecting excellence.
- Participate in project committees during core banking system upgrades or product development.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in banking operations or management.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues effectively.
