Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the switchboard system.
- Manage the telephone database and internal telephone directory.
- Provide messaging services and ensure effective handling of calls.
- Forward calls to the relevant business units and handle urgent calls.
- Identify, report, and follow up on telephone faults with technical service providers.
- Update and maintain accurate contact lists for staff, departments, and services.
- Administer telephone accounts.
- Ensure efficient internal and external communication.
- Provide accurate and professional client service.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Basic Computer Certificate will be an advantage.
- A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
